In this current climate, where share markets are particularly volatile, it is important to get the right advice. We offer different levels of service to suit most clients. We always feel that our clients should be able to talk to us at the level that is most comfortable for the client. Some clients want simple straightforward answers to their questions, others prefer research reports or a discussion based on charts.

When possible, we propose to continue to review holdings of particular stocks and contact clients about actions in those stocks. Where we are recommending a "buy" or investment opportunity, we will endeavour to notify all clients. When we believe that a stock or other investment should be sold, we attempt to contact clients who hold that investment. This web site will become a source of much of these communications.

Portfolio Management

Our web site gives clients the opportunity to look at their own portfolio of shares and other information that we make available. We can issue a log in and password to clients to ensure the privacy of this information.

However, we provide portfolio management services where clients give us authority to review and recommend actions on their current holdings. It is becoming part of all advisory services that the advisor will contact as many clients as possible when a particular issue arises. This may be to tell clients that news has been published or that a company has made an announcement. We know that our clients appreciate such advice and that they understand that it is impossible to telephone all clients in a short period. This web site will assist in the publishing of these notices.

Our portfolio management service takes the worry out of the client's hands, by ensuring that those portfolios are under constant surveillance and review. The client has to make the decision on the action to be taken, but the advisor will contact the client with appropriate advice. The small cost to the client of this continual review service can usually be recovered from the results of timely and appropriate advice.
